Two paths. Two. To choose from. One could lead to somewhere where the other can never go. Two ways. Two ways it can turn around. And a thousand times others will ask you: which way do you choose? What is your path?
A million times you will encounter this question and zero is the number of times you will get an answer for it.
How long can you walk in a straight line? What is the first thought that comes to your mind when you open your eyes in the morning? How many people have counted the total number of stars in the sky? Who are those who can figure out the answer for what is their way, what is their path?
No matter how long someone walks with you, sometimes you have to end your journey alone. And sometimes, no matter how many things you’ve listed for yourself, none of them can you actually work on. No matter how long you sat down writing them and how meticulously you wrote them.

Place your right foot ahead of your left on the ground or the left on the right. You will eventually cover some distance. Take a break for some time. Sigh a bit. Journey will be paused, but time will continue going. The only good in this trek is to better keep those feet moving. This Basanti should dance even in front of the kuttas. Because if you don’t, Life is a kutta. It won’t even bother to bark. It will eat you. So you better keep moving. Just keep doing this little activity of placing one foot ahead of the other, and sooner or later, you’ll realize you’re no longer in the same place. Keep your eyes on the ground, and you will see each marble. Look up, and you will see the view of the road, the journey ahead, a path. A way. When you look back, you won’t see your home, and that’s when you’ll realize you can’t go back, and you have NO OTHER WAY.
Are those who stayed at home more intelligent for not setting off? Are those who stayed back wise enough to foresee life’s disparities that they decided not to take part in this journey? Did they make the right choice? Right Decision? What is the way?
What are the right things? WHo define what is Right? And why is right always Right and never Wrong. What if we actually never realized and Right was Wrong the whole time, but we always blamed Wrong. In this world things in a complex manner get classified into simple categories: Right or Wrong, and so, there is some right way, some wrong way. A Right path. A Wrong path. And now is where you get asked, what is your right path? Or is it actually right? And then you’ll have to spend your intelligence finding an answer for it, and then you’ll have to find that right path as well. Find that simple answer in this difficult way.

Now, how long can you go in this journey? If it is the wrong path, do you get a chance to start again? For starting again, will you have to walk all the way back? How do you manage to work through your agitation and actually take these steps: Live out or give in; Continue going or look back; Looking forward or appreciating non-participants? Does it all lead to the bliss of the lifetime or the eternal misery? And this is the question which will make you wonder whether we should find the right way or not. Do we even need to find it, search for it, or will it find its way to us?

And while you will be traversing the journey of your own destination, lost in the perplexity of the afterthoughts of decisions, once made in life. Then one obstacle will make your feet stumble and the ground will move closer to you. And then you will wonder? What was it all for? How many stars do you see when you fall down on your way and look up, only for the sky to look back at you, but not the omnivalent bliss living in it? That’s when all the possible number of routes come to your mind. All the available paths. All given options; All the stars in the sky; All the lights haunting the darkness of our yearnings. All the present ways, but the only way you will be looking for is: “The Way Out”.
